PLEASE NOTE. IAQ Supply House reserves the right to cancel any order submitted prior to shipping if we believe the order to be fraudulent.

Shipping Policy:

NO P.O. Boxes. We can only deliver to physical addresses. Shipping and handling (S&H) rates are for ground shipments. Shipping rates are for Ground Service through a national, traceable carrier such as UPS, FedEx or USPS. IAQ Supply House reserves the right to choose carriers for shipment. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. 

Tax Policy:
IAQ Supply House is required to collect tax from certain tax jurisdictions. This amount is calculated on merchandise OR merchandise and shipping costs depending on the specific state tax code. 

Returns

IAQ Supply House offers a 30-day return policy. Returns are not valid after 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging.

Please identify your order number and reason for return in your correspondence. We require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we have approved your return you will receive an RMA# and your return can be shipped to.

You are responsible for all shipping costs to us. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance

Certain exclusions apply for returns.

International Shipments:

IAQ Supply House does ship internationally. At our discretion, we will identify and utilize an appropriate shipping carrier. Customers are solely responsible for any duties or taxes that may be incurred and/or imposed by their country or local jurisdictions.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@iaqsupplyhouse.com.

Final Sale or Closeout items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, final sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sellercentral@diversitech.com. We will provide an RMA number for a return.
